Kettle soured and brewed with local organic lemons, lactose and vanilla, then dry-hopped with Lemondrop, Denali, Amarillo & Citra. A billowy body with lemon zing and bright hoppiness. Creamy, tart and refreshing and just like drinking a lemon meringue. ABV 3.5%

Bloody Caesar is a unique beer with a complex savoury and refreshing flavour profile with hints of bright tomato and a brininess from the Wapengo Rocks Wild Organic Oysters. On the palate, the beer has a light and refreshing body, with complex michelada notes bursting with umami. Slightly salty, and slightly acidic, with a lingering tartness from the lacto-fermented Goshen Country Roma Tomatoes. ABV 5%

Biru Shiso Yuzu Gose is brewed with fresh Mountain Yuzu, Japanese Shiso and sea salt harvested from the Gippsland Coastline. Bright, zesty, juicy and tart with a light floral tang and refreshing salty lip. Brewed in collaboration with our friend and ex-brewer Naru Handa of Falò Brewing in both Japan and Australia, it's a remote-collaboration! ABV 4.8%
