Decadent cream sour brewed with local peaches and raspberries along with vanilla and lactose. A pairing in honour of two iconic summer desserts - peach melba & pavlova that are in honour of two cultural icons, Australian operatic soprano Dame Nellie Melba & Russian ballerina Anna Pavlova. Fresh, light and fluffy like a billowy cloud - an all singing and dancing summer sour. ABV 5.2%
